A Mystery Box (also known as a Blind Box) is a shopping experience full of surprises. You won’t know which bracelets are inside until you open it, as each box is randomly selected from our collection of over 300 beautiful designs.

We offer two Mystery Box series to suit different needs:

🎁 Gift Series – Perfect for gifting, each bracelet comes in an individual clear jewelry box, beautifully arranged inside a premium gift box for an elegant presentation.

💖 Self-Use Series – A more budget-friendly option for personal enjoyment, featuring bracelets individually packed in mystery pouches and placed inside a stylish gift box.

No matter which series you choose, every Mystery Box brings a unique surprise and endless excitement. Whether as a special gift for loved ones or a treat for yourself, it’s a fun and delightful way to discover new styles!

 

2. Can I choose the design or color of the bracelet?

No. Mystery Boxes are completely random and you cannot choose a specific design, style or color. Randomness is part of the excitement of the Mystery Box experience!

 

3. Is shipping free?

Yes, all Mystery Box orders include free shipping within the United States!

 

4.What if I don’t like the bracelet I receive?

We understand that not every style is to your liking. However, due to the random nature of Mystery Boxes, we do not accept returns or refunds if you are not satisfied with the design or style you receive. Each bracelet is carefully crafted to ensure quality and we hope you enjoy the surprise!

 

5.What if my bracelet arrives damaged or defective?

If you receive a bracelet that is damaged, defective or unusable in any way, please contact us at support@glimyr.com Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information in your email:

Your order number

Description of the problem

Clear photos of the damaged or defective product

We will review your request and if the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

 

6.How long does it take to ship my order?

We will process and ship your order within 3 business days. Arrival time for orders within the United States is usually 7-10 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons.

 

7.Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we are working on expanding to other countries in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

 

8.Can I return or exchange my Mystery Box?

We only accept returns for the following reasons:

Product quality issues: If the bracelet is broken, defective or damaged during shipping.

If you are not satisfied with the randomly selected bracelet, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. For more details, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.
